I know I have been quite inactive the past month, alot of private stuff going on and upcoming exams, but I will try to be more active again from now on. Microsoft Employees Disrupt Wii U Best Buy EventsRemember how Nintendo was showcasing some of their E3 games at participating Best Buy stores around the country? Well, apparently Microsoft employees have been hired to go to these events and preach about the Xbox One and make comments like "why would you buy a outdated Wii U when the Xbox One is right around the corner?"
However, the employees aren't getting what they hoped for. Most customers just start bashing the Xbox One in response. Seriously, Microsoft, the people attending these Best Buy Wii U events are people who are intimately familiar with the crap you pulled at E3. They ain't takin' your shit.
At first I thought this might just be a case of one really loyal Microsoft employee taking matters into his own hands (especially since the original source was /v/), but reports have come in from numerous Best Buy's around the country that indicate many Microsoft employees have ambushed the demo lines trying to persuade people to switch to the Xbox One.

XBOne... fixed.To everyone who says picking on Microsoft for their consumer unfriendly bullshit was "being unnecessarily mean," take a look at this. Don Mattrick just announced that Microsoft is back peddling with the XBOne, removing the disastrously awful features we've been bashing them for trying to inflict on us.
    Last week at E3, the excitement, creativity and future of our industry was on display for a global audience.

Please Pants Responsibly (Paper Notebooks FTW)

There are two ways to write a novel.  Plotting (you make an outline, a plan, a roadmap if you will, and then you sit down and write it) and pantsing (you write "by the seat of your pants, throwing caution to the wind).  So when I get asked if I'm a plotter or a pantser, I'm all like er, uh, hold on, let me?  Pantser?  I think?  But I kind of, um, do planny things?
And it gets kind of awkward because in these inarticulate moments I have managed to confuse everyone including myself. And probably spilled a drink.
In recent discussions, however, I've had a bit of a revelation, silly as it is. I've realized that I -- like many writers -- am a plotter/pantser hybrid.  And perhaps what I'm doing is something we could call Pantsing Responsibly.  And, maybe, just maybe, I could share some of my responsible pantsing tips with other writers. Starting with paper notebooks.

The Used Game ParadigmOver the course of this past generation I've been watching the video game market react to the way it's been forced to deal with increasing changes. I've come out against used game sales and even written a journal about boycotting GameStop because (like most people at the time) I believed they were the root cause of all the problems the video game industry has. But that's something I don't believe now as intently as i did then. From where I sit, piracy and used games sales are a problem, but not in the way game companies want us to believe that they are.
Used games are a good thing for consumers. We get to try games out, and if we don't like what we see or finish it early, we trade it in and try another title instead. It's a very good system for us since video game rentals are much harder to come by. Most video rental stores in America have gone extinct and outside specific Red Box Kiosks there aren't a lot of places for consumers to rent video games. The exception, of course, being thr

SPIKE updatesJust thought I'd share with you guys some updates on the progress of finishing my "SPIKE" novel.
A lot of people have asked me how it's going, when it will be published and stuff. I really appreciate getting asked these things because it shows that people are actually interested in my writings, and that it just such a great feeling :aww:

I had seriously afraid that I had been removed my page on FB or taken by someone else! Today there was a "massacre" on FB and deleted all profiles with "Cosplay" as a name / last name and an hour ago I had problems entering the page...

I think FB is increasingly becoming a disaster >.< ultimately FB is very disappointing for me or maybe I'm disappointed by some people.....ok, I'm not the best person in the world and I know I have a temper (ehehehe) mostly when I pricked or when someone invade my sweep (I'm not bad! Is that they draw me so!!! [cit. Jessica Rabbit] eheheh :P)....by the way I was not in "Blacklist of (italian) Cosplay" XD
ahahahaha so much laughs (in the same time for not crying) when I read the flame XD
Someone has created a group only for talking about people who don't bears in scope cosplay obviously. I don't think in other countries cosplayer make "war" only for envy and stupidity like in Italy, especially in these last years. I know we can not get along, but, omg, a little common sense!



Sooooo now I finish to boring ^_^

Ogni tanto è meglio far finta di non vedere, perché se ci si sofferma su certe facce del cosplay verrebbe da chiedersi troppe cose. Meglio andare per la propria strada e pensare che si sta semplicemente giocando... e certi comportamenti con il gioco non hanno niente a che spartire -.-

hanno cancellato solo i profili....credo più che altro per il fatto che erano nomi falsi, quindi contro le regole di fb, perchè chi ha autentificato il profilo mostrando la carta d0identità è riuscito a riattivarlo
e poi erano diventati davvero tanti che lo usavano nel profilo come secondo nome o cognome....83 mila secondo un articolo che avevo letto in giro! proprio una grande famiglia XD
